1.0 Access_Authorization

Access to the Tokyo CRM infrastructure is a revocable privilege assigned to authorized entities. By initializing a connection (logging in), you agree to be bound by these operational parameters.

Utilization of automated scripts, bots, or unapproved interface layers to scrape or manipulate system data constitutes a "Hostile Intrusion" and will result in immediate IP termination.

2.0 Infrastructure_License

Tokyo CRM grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the Revenue Orchestration Engine. This license does not convey ownership rights to the underlying code, algorithms, or visual interface.

The "Tokyo" design language, logo, and "Titanium" UI paradigm are proprietary assets safeguarded by international copyright protocols.

3.0 Operational_Integrity

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their access nodes (Accounts). Tokyo CRM accepts no liability for revenue loss resulting from compromised user credentials or internal client negligence.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for Core services (Status: NOMINAL), barring scheduled maintenance windows or Force Majeure events affecting global connectivity grids.

4.0 Liability_Dampeners

The system provides "High-Probability" revenue insights. It does not strictly guarantee financial outcomes. Market volatility is an external variable outside our algorithmic control.

Total liability for any system malfunctions is strictly capped at the monthly subscription fee paid during the affected cycle.

5.0 Protocol_Updates

We reserve the right to patch, update, or overhaul these Terms at any time. Significant protocol shifts will be broadcast via the System Notification Center 30 days prior to enforcement.
