1.0 Data_Ingestion_Mechanics
Tokyo CRM operates on a minimized ingestion logic. We do not collect extraneous metadata. Active data collection is strictly limited to operational metrics required for high-probability revenue orchestration.
- Telemetry Signals: System performance, latency metrics, and interaction heatmaps.
- Identity Nodes: Corporate entity details and authorized user cryptographic signatures.
- Revenue Logs: Transactional metadata processed strictly for trajectory analysis.
2.0 Transmission_Security
All data in transit is encapsulated within AES-256 encrypted protocols. Our "Zero-Leakage" architecture ensures that internal state data is never exposed to public gateways.
We utilize isolated containerization for client datasets, ensuring that cross-client data contamination is architecturally impossible.
3.0 External_Interface_Protocols
Tokyo CRM integrates with select ecosystem partners (Payment Gateways, Cloud Infrastructure). Data sharing is strictly governed by rigid API contracts. We do not sell, trade, or distribute core asset data to unverified endpoints.
4.0 Retention_Limiters
Data is retained only as long as the operational node is active. Upon contract termination (Node_Shutdown), all client-specific data caches are subjected to a cryptographic erase sequence within 72 hours.
5.0 Audit_Rights
Clients maintain the right to request a full "System Dump" of their stored data components. Requests for deletion or export are processed via the Command Console with a verified administrative key.
